Where is Sir Allen Stanford? Köln!
We have Mardi Gras, the Germans have...Karneval! Imagine the floats, booze, wigs and boobies but condensed into a day long telethon where people young and old dress up like...I...I just don't know and listen to German Elvis.
Sunday, I will be attending Berlin's version of the festivities, javohl!
