some places are like people: some shine and some don't.

i have a debilitating case of "the winters".

the win⋅ters –noun
1. the horrible sleep-disease that results from freezing temperatures and limited sunlight. sufferers of the winters experience lethargy, extreme boredom, and occasionally an insufferable itch-rash on the back of their knees.

i could blog about how badly the backs of my knees itch, but thats not fun. for anyone. so, here's a list of things that i am looking forward to and will probably blog about in the future:

march 3- march 8: logan healy and i descend upon new orleans. in addition to general belligerence i hope to spend some time at tulane, figuring out how i am going to finance my very lucrative degree in social work.

march 20- march 22: i descend upon asheville, north carolina to visit my dear old friend, kirstin.

early may: my college roommate is in the touring production of spring awakening and will be performing a number of shows in boston. for those of you who do not follow the theatre, spring awakening is "set in late-nineteenth century germany, it concerns teenagers who are discovering the inner and outer tumult of sexuality." and how!

may 15: ANIMAL COLLECTIVE!!!!

may 19: there is a special election in boston. though it shouldn't, this excites me.

what excitement awaits me in the early spring! until then, i shall be re-enacting scenes from the shining with chairman.
